Privacy

Last updated: October 17, 2026. This page describes how the request forms work today; have counsel review before wider launch.

What we collect

If you send a request through the mockup form or the sample-kit form, we collect what you type: name, restaurant, email, optional phone, neighborhood or city, takeout volume, product interests, delivery address (sample kit only), notes, and the quote configuration you built, if any. If you upload a logo we store that file. Our servers also record your IP address, browser user-agent and the time of the request, for spam and abuse control.

Where it goes

Each request is saved as a record (and your logo file, if any) in private storage on Cloudflare (R2), and an email with the details is sent to [email protected]. The storage is not public; logo files can only be opened through an expiring, signed link in that email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission comes from a person; it runs in your browser and Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address for that check (see Cloudflare’s privacy policy). Rate limiting keeps a short-lived counter keyed to your IP address (deleted within a day).

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, prepare a quote, design box art and ship samples. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Request records and logo files are kept for up to 12 months after your request, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. It remembers your language choice (EN, PT or ES) and your quote-builder selection in your browser’s local or session storage only.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to fulfil your request, such as Cloudflare (hosting, storage, spam check), our email provider, printers and carriers.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask us to access, correct or delete your information, including a logo you uploaded.
