How it works

From mockup to your door

Everything that happens after you ask for your free box mockup: what we do, what you do, how long it typically takes and what it costs, step by step.

Eight steps, no surprises

Times are typical, not guarantees. Your written quote confirms the dates for your exact order.

  1. Step 1. Request your free mockup

    What we do
We confirm your request and a designer picks it up.
    What you do
Tell us about your restaurant and send your logo in any format. No logo file? Tell us, we will work from your menu and brand colors.
    Typical time
About 3 minutes to fill in.
    What it costs
    Free, no obligation.
  2. Step 2. We design your mockup

    What we do
We put your logo and colors on the products you care about and send you images.
    What you do
Look at it and tell us what to change, or tell us you love it.
    Typical time
Typically within 2 business days of receiving your logo.
    What it costs
    Free, no obligation.
  3. Step 3. Pick products and quantities, see your price

    What we do
We send a written quote with every quantity tier laid out, plus your estimated delivery dates.
    What you do
Use the quote builder to try sizes, quantities and print options, then pick what fits your volume.
    Typical time
Quote within 24 hours of your mockup; the quote builder answers instantly.
    What it costs
Free. Prices are estimates until you have a written quote.
  4. Step 4. Approve your proof

    What we do
We send a digital proof with exact sizes, colors and copy. You can add a physical pre-sample ($45, refunded when you order).
    What you do
Check spelling, colors and placement, ask for changes, and approve in writing. Nothing prints without your OK.
    Typical time
Proof revisions typically take 1–2 business days each.
    What it costs
Digital proof is free. Final custom art is free on first orders of $750+ or 5,000+ units, or any 1,000-unit sleeve or sticker starter; otherwise a $75 design fee, credited 100% to your first order. Plate/setup is $150 per design under 5,000 units, waived at 5,000+ units and on reorders of identical art.
  5. Step 5. 50% deposit

    What we do
We send the invoice and book your production slot once the proof is approved and the deposit is in.
    What you do
Pay 50% to start production. The other 50% is due before shipping.
    Typical time
Same day as proof approval, typically.
    What it costs
50% of your total now, 50% before shipping. After 3 paid orders, net-30 terms are available on credit approval.
  6. Step 6. Production

    What we do
We print and make your order, check quality and send you an update when it is ready.
    What you do
Nothing. If you need it sooner, ask about rush.
    Typical time
Stickers and sleeves: 5–10 business days (local). Digital short runs: about 2–3 weeks (domestic). Large runs: 3–4 weeks domestic, or 8–14 weeks imported for the best price.
    What it costs
Included in your price. Rush: +25% on the order when you need it in under 10 business days (subject to a capacity check).
  7. Step 7. Delivery or pickup

    What we do
We deliver to your kitchen in Miami-Dade and Broward, or hold your order for pickup.
    What you do
Pay the remaining 50% before it ships, then count and check your boxes on arrival.
    Typical time
Typically 1–3 business days after production.
    What it costs
Free local delivery on orders over $500, otherwise a flat $60. Pickup is free.
  8. Step 8. Reorder in one message

    What we do
We keep your approved art on file, so there is no new proof and no plate fee. Reorders of approved art ship faster.
    What you do
Text or email “same again” with the quantity.
    Typical time
Typically faster than the first run: stickers and sleeves 3–7 business days, digital short runs 8–12.
    What it costs
No design fee and no plate/setup fee on identical art. 50% deposit, or net-30 once approved for terms.

Typical calendar

The same journey as a timeline, by type of order. Numbers are business days counted from the day we receive your request.

Questions

Straight answers about the process

What is the minimum order?

Our smallest quantity tier is 1,000 units per design, and the quote builder prices 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000 and 50,000. Branded sleeves and seal stickers are the low-minimum way in: they brand the stock boxes you already buy.

Where do I store it all?

Boxes ship flat or nested in cartons. As a typical example, 1,000 nine-inch clamshells are about 5 cases (roughly 6 cubic feet), and 5,000 is about three-quarters of a pallet. Tell us how much shelf space you have and we will split deliveries to fit.

Can you rush an order?

Often, after a capacity check: rush adds 25% to the order and brings production down to about 3–5 business days for stickers and sleeves, 7–10 for digital short runs and 10–14 for large domestic runs. Imported runs cannot be rushed, so a rushed large run switches to the made-in-USA route.

What artwork files do you need?

A vector logo (SVG, AI, EPS or vector PDF) is best. A clear PNG or JPG at least 1,000 pixels wide works for the mockup. No logo file? Choose “I need design help” in the quote builder and we will work from your brand colors and menu.

How many colors can I print?

Kraft products take 1 to 2 spot colors (flexo), which look earthy and rich on brown paper. White paperboard can be printed full-color (CMYK). Full-color costs about 15% more in our estimates; the proof shows exactly how your colors will look.

Is it food safe?

We use food-contact compliant materials and ask our suppliers for letters of guaranty, which we share before you order. PFAS-free coatings available. Requirements depend on the product and what you serve, so ask us about your menu.

How does payment work?

50% deposit when you place the order and 50% before shipping. After 3 paid orders you can ask for net-30 terms, subject to credit approval. Prices exclude sales tax and are estimates until you have a written quote.

What if I need to cancel?

Before you approve the proof you can walk away at no cost: the mockup is free and there is no obligation. Once the proof is approved and the deposit is paid, your order is custom-printed, so cancellation terms depend on how far production has gone. We state them in your written quote.

Start with the free mockup, or price your order first. Either way, nothing is final until you approve a written quote and proof.
